Summary

During the installation process for select version 8 Laserfiche products, you will be prompted for an activation key. Product activation keys are 25 characters in length and can contain both letters and numbers:

XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

Your Laserfiche product serial number is 16 letters in length:

XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

You do not need the serial number to activate your Laserfiche Product.
