Summary

When configuring a permanent stamp process, you may be unable to change the font. Nothing happens when you click the Change Font link.

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for Quick Fields 7.1.2. The fix is an updated version of QFContainer.exe (version 7.1.2.7).

To update Quick Fields 7.1.2

1. Close any open instances of Laserfiche Quick Fields.
2. Click the following link to download a zip file containing QFContainer.exe (version 7.1.2.7).

   Hotfix_SCR28325.zip

3. Replace your existing version of QFContainer.exe with the updated version included in the zip file. By default, QFContainer.exe is installed at "C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Quick Fields."
