Summary
The Web Access 8 installation should automatically prompt you to reboot at the end of the installation. However, in certain situations, the prompt may not load. Web Access may not properly function if you do not reboot after the installation process is complete.

This issue may prevent thumbnail and images from properly loading and you receive a "failed loading component CLSID" error message.
A similar issue may occur for the Web Scanning installation. You may receive an error about "snbdcm.dll" if you do not restart your workstation after installing Web Scanning.
