To enable Kerberos support in Firefox

  1. Load Firefox
  2. In the URL bar, type the following to load Firefox's configuration page:

    about:config

  3. Locate the following two preferences:
    • network.negotiate-auth.delegation-uris
    • network.negotiate-auth.trusted-uris
  4. Add the name of your Web server to both preferences.

To enable Kerberos support in Internet Explorer

  1. Load Internet Explorer
  2. Click the Tools icon and select Internet Options.
  3. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Security tab.
  4. Select Local intranet, then click Sites
  5. In the Local intranet dialog box, click Advanced.
  6. In the text box under Add this website to the zone: enter the URL of your Web server and click Add. Your Web server should now appear in the text box under Websites:.
  7. Click Close.
