Summary

When you attempt to Snapshot a document from the Laserfiche Client and the document name contains Arabic or Korean characters, you may receive the following error message:

    Import List Failed

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for Laserfiche Client 7.2.1. The fix includes updated versions of LF.exe (version 7.2.1.450) and LFAuxEl70.dll (version 7.2.1.450).

To update Laserfiche Client 7.2.1

  1. Click the following link to download a zip file containing the hotfix files.

    Hotfix_SCR27926.zip

  2. Close any open instances of the Laserfiche Client.
  3. Replace your existing versions of LF.exe and LFAuxEl70.dll with the updated versions included in the zip file. LF.exe and LFAuxEl70.dll are located in your Laserfiche Client installation folder. By default, the Laserfiche Client is installed at "C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Client."
