Laserfiche may not correctly save field search settings from one client session to the next client session.
This issue is resolved in Laserfiche 8.0.2 and later. Please upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche.
Steps to reproduce
- Load Laserfiche Client 8.
- Load the Search pane.
- Click Customize Search and select Field Search.
- Configure a field search and perform the search.
- Close the Laserfiche Client.
- Load the Laserfiche Client.
- Load the Search pane.
- The Field Search section correctly displays, but the previously configured field search options are no longer selected.
