Summary

When you view a document and search the open document for a specific word or phrase, the search only cycles through the hits on the current page instead of searching through all pages in the document.

Cause

This situation can occur if the document is not indexed or the Laserfiche Search Service is not running.

Resolution

Verify that the Laserfiche Search Service is currently running. If the service is running, reindex the document.
