Summary

When viewing large images in Grayscale mode, increasing the magnification past 40% may incorrectly display white space as gray/black.

Workaround

This issue can occur when viewing images in Grayscale (high quality) mode. Configure the document viewer to display images in Black and White (low quality) mode.

Perform one of the following:

  • Click the Black and White toolbar button from the document viewer page.
  • Click the My WebLink link, click View Document Options and select the Low quality but faster speed option.
