Summary

When creating or registering a new repository, you may receive the following error message:

9025 - Error reading repository information, or repository misconfigured

Cause

This error can occur when there is a communication issue with the specified SQL Server instance. Common causes include:

• The specified SQL Server instance name is incorrect.
• The Windows account for the Laserfiche Server service's logon account does not have sufficient permissions to the specified SQL Server instance.
• The specified SQL Server user account does not have sufficient permissions to the specified SQL Server instance.
