Summary

When sending documents to Laserfiche, you may receive the following error message:

Parameter is incorrect

Cause

The destination properties for a document class in your Quick Fields session is not properly configured.

Resolution

Reconfigure the document properties for the document class.

To update destination properties

1. Load Laserfiche Quick Fields and open your Quick Fields session. You must be in Administration mode to modify document class properties.
2. Expand the appropriate document class tree item.
3. Select the Document Properties tree item.
4. From the Document Properties task pane, click the Modify destination properties option.
5. Proceed through the wizard.
