Summary

When using Internet Explorer 6 to import files into your Laserfiche repository, the upload process is slower than expected.

Cause

By default, Internet Explorer sends data in 8 KB chunks. This can result in low rates of transfer that do not fully utilize available network bandwidth.

Resolution

Configure Internet Explorer to increase the buffer size.
