Summary

When processing a session, you may receive the following error message:

An unexpected error occurred: -1073741819.

You then receive the following error message

Unknown error.

Quick Fields automatically closes after the second error message.

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for Quick Fields 7.1.2. The fix is an updated version of QFContainer.exe (version 7.1.2.5).

To update Quick Fields 7.1.2

1. Click the following link to download a zip file containing the hotfix files.
   Hotfix_SCR36302.zip
2. Replace your existing version of QFContainer.exe with the updated version included in the zip file. By default, QFContainer.exe is installed at "C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Quick Fields."
