Summary

When installing Laserfiche on Windows Vista, you may receive the following error message:

Internal Error 2738

Cause

Certain Windows scripting dll files may not be loaded.

Resolution

Manually register the needed files.

1. Click on the Windows button, select All Programs, click on Accessories and then right click on Command Prompt and click Run as administrator.
2. Type the following and press ENTER.

   cd C:\Windows\System32

3. Type the following and press ENTER.

   regsvr32 vbscript.dll

4. Type the following and pres ENTER.

   regsvr32 jscript.dll
