Summary

Laserfiche Scanning does not stop scanning after the last page. The only active toolbar button is the Stop button. However, clicking the button does not stop scanning.

Cause

This issue may occur when using certain Canon scanners if the feed option is not set to the Standard option.

Resolution

Configure your Canon scanner's Feed option to the Standard option.
