Summary

In a published agenda packet PDF, hyperlinks may not correctly function.

This issue only affects the published agenda packet PDF. Hyperlinks correctly function in the published agenda PDF.

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for Agenda Manager 7.2. The fix is an updated version of itextsharpbridge.dll (version 1.0.2896.24966). The fix also includes a registry file that updates several registry values.

Warning: Incorrectly editing the registry may adversely affect your system. Before you edit the registry, make sure you understand how to restore it if a problem occurs.

To update Agenda Manager 7.2

  1. Click the following link to download a zip file containing the hotfix files.
    Hotfix_AM72_Hyperlinks.zip
  2. Extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location.
  3. Stop the Agenda Manager Service.
    1. Click Start and then click Control Panel.
    2. Double-click Administrative Tools.
    3. Double-click Services.
    4. Scroll down and select Laserfiche Agenda Manager Service.
    5. From the Action menu, point to All Tasks and click Stop.
  4. Replace your existing iTextSharpBridge.dll located in your Agenda Manager Server installation folder with the updated version. By default, Agenda Manager Server is installed at "C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Agenda Manager Server."
  5. Run the "bridge.reg" file included in the zip file.
  6. Restart the Agenda Manager Service.
    1. Click Start and then click Control Panel.
    2. Double-click Administrative Tools.
    3. Double-click Services.
    4. Scroll down and select Laserfiche Agenda Manager Service.
    5. From the Action menu, point to All Tasks and click Start.
