When you attach a PDF file to an agenda item, if you specify a report name that contains a period, when you download the report from the agenda item details page, Internet Explorer may not recognize that the file has a .PDF file extension.

When you download the report, manually specify the .PDF file extension for the file.

This issue only occurs when you download a report from the agenda item details page. This issue does not affect PDF files in the published agenda packet zip file.
