Summary

You cannot drag and drop items into your Laserfiche repository. The mouse cursor does not change when you attempt to drag and drop an item into your repository.

You are still able to use the Import option from the File menu and the Send to Laserfiche option from Windows Explorer.

Resolution

To set a default volume

1. Start the Laserfiche Client.
2. From the Tools menu, click Options.
3. In the Options dialog box, double-click the New Documents item to load the New Document Options dialog box.
4. Select the desired volume from the Import to volume drop-down list.
5. Click OK to save your changes and close the dialog box.
