Snapshot authentication information is stored as part of the LFSESSION.EXE process. This process is started the first time you use Snapshot and log in to your Laserfiche repository. If you restart your computer, Snapshot will not have any repository authentication information stored for the current Windows session. When you load the Snapshot Configuration dialog box for the first time after you restart your computer, you will be prompted for authentication information.
