Summary
When scanning with Kofax, you may receive the following error message:
Internal error calling KLR_Open: (-9).
Resolution
This issue is resolved in Laserfiche Scanning 8. Please upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche Scanning 8.
Workaround
As a workaround, you can uninstall Laserfiche Scanning 7.2.1 and reinstall Laserfiche Scanning 7.2.0.
You do not need to reinstall Laserfiche Client 7.2.0. Laserfiche Client 7.2.1 is compatible with Laserfiche Scanning 7.2.0.
