Summary

When you attempt to install Laserfiche, you may receive the following error message:

Internal Error 2739

Cause

The jscript.dll file is not properly registered.

Resolution

Register jscript.dll on your computer.

To register jscript.dll

1. Click Start and then click Run.
2. In the Run dialog box, type the following and then click OK to register jscript.dll.

   regsvr32 "C:\Windows\System32\jscript.dll"
