The limit includes either image or text pages. However, having both an image and OCRed text for the same page in a document does not count twice.

This restriction does not limit the number of electronic documents in your repository. However, text pages extracted from an electronic document or images created by Snapshot for an electronic document do count towards the limit. Like standard documents, having both an image and text for the same page in an electronic document does not count twice.
