Cause

Internet Explorer will display this error if the Agenda Manager Scanning ActiveX control fails to properly load.

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for Agenda Manager 7.2. The fix is an updated version of external_script.js (last modified on April 6, 2007).

To update Agenda Manager 7.2

1. Click the following link to download a zip file containing the updated version of external_script.js.
   Hotfix_external_script.zip
2. Replace your existing version of external_script.js located in the ASP subfolder of your Agenda Manager Server installation folder. By default, external_script.js is located at "C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Agenda Manager Server\ASP."
