Summary

When you configure Laserfiche Capture Engine with a post processing action that moves processed documents to a dynamic folder path, Quick Fields may only create a single folder when you run the session. Quick Fields moves all processed documents to that folder instead of creating additional folders based on the specified tokens.

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for Quick Fields 7.1.2. The fix is an updated version of LFDBInput.dll (version 7.1.0.4).

To update Quick Fields 7.1.2

1. Close any instances of Laserfiche Quick Fields.
2. Click the following link to download a zip file containing an updated version of LFDBInput.dll:
   Hotfix_SCR29466.zip
3. Replace the existing LFDBInput.dll located at "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Laserfiche\Batch Processor\LFDBInput" with the updated version included in the zip file.
4. Register the new file.
   1. Click Start and then click Run.
   2. Type the following and then click OK to register LFDBInput.dll:

      regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Laserfiche\Batch Processor\LFDBInput\LFDBInput.dll"
