Summary
When sending a document to Laserfiche by using the Laserfiche option under the new Add-Ins menu, the document may be sent to your Laserfiche repository using the previous Microsoft Office file extensions. For example, a Word document may be sent as a .doc file instead of as a .docx file. This issue does not occur if you send the file from Windows Explorer.
In addition, you may receive an error 6000 if your Laserfiche client is configured to use IFilters when retrieving text from a Microsoft Office 2007 document.
