Summary

Agenda Manager 7.2 introduces the ability for the Agenda Manager Word Add-in to utilize the Adobe PDF printer when publishing agenda packets. If Adobe Acrobat Standard or Acrobat Professional (version 7 or 8) is installed on a computer with the Agenda Manager add-in for Microsoft Word, Agenda Manager will create PDFs using the Adobe PDF printer instead of the FinePrint pdfFactory printer.

However, due to compatibility issues, this Adobe PDF printer integration is only supported with Microsoft Word 2003. If you are publishing from Microsoft Word 2007, Agenda Manager will utilize the pdfFactory Pro printer to create the agenda packet PDF.
