Summary

When you attempt to install Laserfiche, you may receive the following error message:

Cause

This Windows Installer error can occur when the SYSTEM user does not sufficient permissions to a directory used during the installation process.

Resolution

The SYSTEM user should have Full Control on the computer where you are trying to install Laserfiche.
