Summary

When using Laserfiche Capture Engine, field tokens are not available from the > button drop-down list for date fields.

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for Quick Fields 7.1.2. The fix is an updated version of IndexCardFields_top.htm (last modified on November 29, 2006).

To update Quick Fields 7.1.2

1. Click the following link to download a zip file containing the hotfix.
   Hotfix_SCR28608.zip
2. Replace the existing version of IndexCardFields_top.htm located in the HTML subfolder of your Quick Fields installation folder with the version included in the zip file. By default, the file is located at "C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Quick Fields\HTML."

Workaround

You can manually type in the token name for date fields. The field tokens will be in the following format:

$TemplateName_Fieldname$
