Summary

This article documents compatibility information for current Laserfiche products and Microsoft Office 2007.

By default, Laserfiche integrations with Microsoft Office may not be visible from your Microsoft Office applications. For example, the Send to Laserfiche option is not visible from the Microsoft Office Button (the File menu) and the Agenda Manager menu is not available in Word 2007.

The above options are now items under a new Add-Ins menu. However, by default, the Add-Ins menu is not displayed when you first load an Office 2007 application.

To display the Add-Ins menu

  1. Load a Microsoft Office 2007 application.
  2. Click the Microsoft Office Button.
  3. At the bottom of the menu, click the Program Name Options option. For example, if you are in Microsoft Word 2007, the option is named Word Options.
  4. In the Program Name Options dialog box, click the Add-Ins option on the left of the dialog box.
  5. Click OK to close the Program Name Options dialog box. There should now be an Add-Ins menu option in all your Office 2007 applications.

The above procedure is not necessary after applying the following hotfix for Laserfiche 7.2.x
