Summary

The latest versions of the Laserfiche product suite are compatible with the release version of Internet Explorer 7. The exception is Laserfiche Quick Fields 7.1.1. Laserfiche Quick Fields 7.1.1 will not fully load and will return an "unknown error." The next version of Laserfiche Quick Fields (version 7.1.2) will be compatible with Internet Explorer 7.

There may be minor behavioral differences compared to using Internet Explorer 6. Please see the following list of known behavioral differences.

Web Access 7.2

• If Internet Explorer is configured to Always open pop-ups in a new tab, opening a document will open in a new tab. If you then make changes to the document and close the tab, Internet Explorer will bring focus to another tab. However, the tab containing the document window is not closed because it is waiting for you to confirm whether you want to save your changes. (28094)
• When you attempt to open a document that is already open in an existing tab, Internet Explorer 7 will not automatically shift focus to the tab.
