Summary

When you attempt to drag and drop a Laserfiche briefcase into your Laserfiche repository, the mouse cursor does not change and you cannot import the briefcase. However, you are able to successfully import the briefcase by right-clicking the briefcase and selecting the Import to Laserfiche or Send to Laserfiche options.

Resolution

Re-select the default import volume.

To select a default import volume

1. Load the Laserfiche client.
2. From the Tools menu, click Options
3. Double-click the New Documents icon.
4. Next to Import to volume, re-select the volume.
5. Click OK to close the dialog box.
