This article documents the current known issues with Laserfiche Import Agent 7.0.2.

- 1011264 Import Agent May Stop Working If the Event Log is Full. (27625)
- If you upgrade from Import Agent 7.0.1 (French) to Import Agent 7.0.2 (French), the uninstallation process for Import Agent 7.0.2 (French) will not properly remove a shared file. (28282)
- Import Agent is unable to replace an electronic document if the profile is configured to Replace the properties of the existing document and no default template has been selected. The Event Viewer will contain a "The parameter is incorrect" error message. (28275)
- Import Agent may be unable to properly OCR images with mismatching X and Y dpi. This situation can cause the Import Agent service to become unstable or the OCR process may utilize 100% of the computer's processor. Manually end the OCR process (BPOmniOCR.exe) and/or restart the Import Agent service. (28029)
- Previous versions of Import Agent 7 could immediately detect when you changed the OCR image files option for a profile and would take the change into account on the very next image in an import session. Changes to the OCR image files option is no longer immediately taken into account for the current import session. Turning the option on or off now takes effect on the next import session. (28027)
- The OCR image files option will not function and you will receive a "The ActiveX control is unlicensed" error if you install Laserfiche Client 7 and Import Agent 7 in one sitting without first restarting the computer. (21040)
- Restricted Windows users cannot perform any functions using the Import Agent Configuration Utility.
