Summary

Agenda Manager is not sending out e-mail notifications. The Agenda Manager Server log file (AMServer.log) contains the following error message:

The transport error code was 0x800ccc15

Cause

Your e-mail server must be listening on port 25. This error most often occurs when your antivirus solution or firewall software is configured to block communication on port 25.

Resolution

Verify that your antivirus and firewall software is not blocking communication on port 25.
