If you attempt to install WebLink on a computer with Windows XP Service Pack 1, the installation ends abruptly and returns an uninformative error message stating that the installation was interrupted before it could finish. In addition, the installation may hang for several minutes before finally ending.

Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) is the minimum requirement for WebLink 7. If your web server is running on Window XP, please make sure that you have upgraded to Service Pack 2 before installing Laserfiche WebLink 7.
