Summary

Workflow Suite is not routing documents in your Oracle repository. When you run Workflow Suite in console mode, you may see the following error message:

java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)
java.sql.SQLException: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver

Cause

The Oracle Client was not installed on the computer hosting Work Distribution Agent (Server Automation) prior to installing Work Distribution Agent. Several settings relating to Oracle are set during the Work Distribution Agent installation when it detects that the Oracle Client is installed.

Resolution

Reinstall Work Distribution Agent (Server Automation) after you have installed the Oracle Client.
