Summary

The WebLink installation only includes the English version of the .NET Framework redistributable package.

Cause

If multiple language packs for the .NET Framework installation were included, the installation would have prompted you to install .NET Framework for each included language pack, regardless of whether the .NET Framework components were already installed or which language was in use. In order to prevent this, only the English version was included with the installation.

Workaround

If you want to install .NET Framework using a non-English installation wizard, you can download the desired installation package from Microsoft.
