Import Agent may be unable to function if your application event log is full and it is configured such that there is no automatic rollover.
Perform one of the following:
- Increase the size of the application event log.
- Enable your application event log to rollover and overwrite old events when the maximum size is reached.
- Clear the event log.
To configure the application event log
- Click Start and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Administrative Tools.
- Double-click Event Viewer.
- From the list on the left, select Application.
- From the Action menu, click Properties.
- On the General tab, configure your application event log as desired and then click OK to save your changes.
