Summary

Import Agent may be unable to function if your application event log is full and it is configured such that there is no automatic rollover.

Workaround

Perform one of the following:

  • Increase the size of the application event log.
  • Enable your application event log to rollover and overwrite old events when the maximum size is reached.
  • Clear the event log.

To configure the application event log

  1. Click Start and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Administrative Tools.
  3. Double-click Event Viewer.
  4. From the list on the left, select Application.
  5. From the Action menu, click Properties.
  6. On the General tab, configure your application event log as desired and then click OK to save your changes.
