Summary

When using Laserfiche client 7.0.x, Snapshot 7, or Import Agent 7, the Browse Folders dialog box incorrectly displays the series code twice when viewing a Laserfiche 7.1 or 7.2 repository.

Resolution 1

This issue is resolved in Snapshot 7.0.3 and Import Agent 7.0.2. Please upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche Snapshot and Laserfiche Import Agent.

Resolution 2

There is a hotfix available. The fix is an updated version of LFSOFolderBrowser.ocx (version 1.0.0.5).

To update LFSOFolderBrowser.ocx

1. Close any open instances of the Laserfiche Client, Laserfiche Snapshot Configuration utility, and the Import Agent Configuration utility.
2. Click the following link to download a zip file containing LFSOFolderBrowser.ocx (version 1.0.0.5).
   Hotfix_SCR24986.zip
3. Replace the existing version of LFSOFolderBrowser.ocx located at "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Laserfiche\Controls" with the version included in the zip file.
4. Register the new version.
   1. Click Start and then click Run.
   2. In the Run dialog box, type the following and then click OK to register the file:

      regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Laserfiche\Controls\LFSOFolderBrowser.ocx"
