Summary
When you snapshot HTML/Rich Text Format e-mail messages from the Laserfiche client, Microsoft Outlook 2003 SP2 must be open. If Microsoft Outlook 2003 SP2 is closed, you may receive the following error message:
There may have been an error starting the print job. Continue waiting?
However, when you snapshot plain text e-mail messages, Microsoft Outlook 2003 SP2 must be closed. If Outlook is open, the plain text e-mail messages are printed using the default printer instead of the Snapshot printer.
This can create issues if you want to select and snapshot a large number of e-mail messages that are in mixed message formats.
Workaround
Set the Snapshot printer as your default printer. Then make sure Microsoft Outlook 2003 SP2 is open before you select to snapshot any e-mail messages from the Laserfiche client.
