Summary

Cause
Agenda Manager uses the Microsoft Win32 Internet (WinInet) API for FTP connectivity functions. If you receive an error code in the 12000's, Agenda Manager most likely encountered an issue while trying to communicate with the specified FTP server.
Resolution
Two common errors are 12002 and 12014. If you receive an error 12002, Agenda Manager may be encountering issues attempting to resolve the specified FTP server name. Try specifying the IP address of the FTP server instead. If you receive an error 12014, you specified an incorrect login/password for the FTP server. Verify your FTP server login information.
