Summary

In the Korean release of Laserfiche Scanning 7.1.1, the text display pane does not display any text generated from an image through OCR processing.

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for the Korean release of Laserfiche Scanning 7.1.1. The fix is an updated version of LFScan.exe (version 7.1.1.370).

To update the Korean release of Laserfiche Scanning 7.1.1

1. Close any open instances of Laserfiche Scanning.
2. Click the following link to download a zip file containing the updated version of LFScan.exe (version 7.1.1.370).
   Hotfix_SCR26798.zip
3. Replace the existing version of LFScan.exe located in your Laserfiche Scanning installation folder with the version included in the zip file. By default, Laserfiche Scanning is installed at C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Scanning.
