Summary

When you import an e-mail attachment as a separate document, you will receive a separate Import to Laserfiche dialog box for the e-mail attachment. If the Laserfiche Server is not configured to always index on document creation, you can select or clear the Index all pages option. However, this check box will be ignored for the e-mail attachment that you are importing.

More Information

Attachments that are imported as separate documents will be indexed if the main e-mail message is marked for indexing. This issue only affects importing e-mail messages by drag and drop or by using the Import menu option. This issue does not affect the Send to Laserfiche feature.
