Fixes for Version 7.2
- 1011150 An "Error: Failed to send document Document Name. Error: Entry not found." Error Occurs When Scanning into an Existing Document. (23382)
- 1011160 The Page Removal Process Does Not Remove the Back Page When Scanning in Duplex. (25984)
- Laserfiche Scanning would default to the last volume that was used. If the previous user scanned into a volume to which you did not have sufficient rights, then you would receive permission denied errors when scanning. Since Laserfiche Scanning only lists volumes to which you have access, it would not be immediately visible why the error was occurring. Laserfiche Scanning now checks to see if you have rights to the volume that was used the last time Laserfiche Scanning was open. If you do not have sufficient rights to that volume, Laserfiche Scanning defaults to the first volume in your list of available volumes.(25592)
- When sending documents, Laserfiche Scanning did not automatically reconnect to the repository if it was disconnected. This issue is now resolved and Laserfiche Scanning will restore the connection when you try to send documents. (24743)
- When scanning into an existing document, the Settings tab would always display the volume as DEFAULT even if the document is actually on a different volume. This is a display issue and the pages are scanned into the correct volume. The correct volume is now displayed. (24046)
- Laserfiche Scanning did not support the YYYY-MM-DD date format. This issue is now resolved and YYYY-MM-DD date formats now work correctly in Laserfiche Scanning. (23251)
- When Laserfiche Scanning is minimized, clicking the Scan button did not automatically maximize the window. Instead, you had to manually click the Laserfiche Scanning task bar item. This issue is now resolved and Laserfiche Scanning will automatically maximize if you choose to scan from the Client while Laserfiche Scanning is minimized. (23192)
- Scanning only considered the first letter of list field items when you tried to use the keyboard to jump to a value. You can now type multiple characters and scanning will attempt to match the typed consecutive letters to list field items. (22063)
- You can now modify field data in an invalid field without first clearing the invalid value. You can also now modify field data if the field value has reached the maximum field length. (20505)
