Summary

Certain dialog boxes may be slightly cut off at the bottom by the Internet Explorer status bar when the Web Access website is not part of the Trusted Sites zone.

Cause

The Internet Explorer status bar is usually disabled using JScript. However, when a website is not part of the Trusted Sites zone, Internet Explorer may ignore the command.

Resolution

Add the Web Access website to Internet Explorer's list of Trusted Sites.

To add the Web Access website to Internet Explorer's list of Trusted Sites

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. From the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  3. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Security tab.
  4. Select the Trusted Sites zone.
  5. Click the Sites button to load the Trusted sites dialog box.
  6. In the Add this Web site to the zone field, specify the URL of the Web Access website you want to add and then click Add.
  7. Click OK to save your change and close the dialog box.
  8. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.
