Workflow Suite cannot execute any rules that contain Arabic characters.
This issue is resolved in Laserfiche Workflow Suite 7.0.1. Please upgrade to the latest version of Workflow Suite.
There is a hotfix available for Workflow Suite 7.0. The fix includes the following updated files:
- RegistryKey.dll (last modified on November 14, 2005)
- AuditEvents.jar (last modified on October 25, 2005)
- EventDB.jar (last modified on October 25, 2005)
- WDAgentConfig.exe (last modified on November 14, 2005)
- Route.ocx (last modified on November 01, 2005)
- Target.ocx (last modified on November 02, 2005)
- WDManager.exe (last modified on November 15, 2005)
To update Workflow Suite 7.0
- Stop the Laserfiche Server Automation service.
- Click Start, navigate to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, and select Services.
- Scroll down and select Laserfiche Server Automation.
- From the Action menu, click Stop.
- Click the following link to download a zip file containing the updated files.
Arabic_Workflow7_Patch.zip
- Extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location.
- Browse to the location where you extracted the files and double-click Workflow.bat. This batch file assumes that Work Distribution Agent and Work Distribution Manager are installed at C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\WorkflowSuite\ServerAutomation and C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\WorkflowSuite\WorkDistributionManager respectively.
- Start the Laserfiche Server Automation service.
- Click Start, navigate to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, and select Services.
- Scroll down and select Laserfiche Server Automation.
- From the Action menu, click Start.
