Summary

The agenda packet creation process can encounter issues if a supporting document is a Microsoft Excel file that contains hidden password-protected worksheets.

Resolution 1

This issue is resolved in Laserfiche Agenda Manager 7.2. Please upgrade to the latest version of Agenda Manager.

Resolution 2

There is a hotfix available for Agenda Manager 7.1. The fix is an updated version of AMAddin.dll (version 7.2.0.99).

To update the Agenda Manager Add-in for Microsoft Word

1. Close all instances of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook. Use the Windows Task Manager to verify that there are no WINWORD.EXE processes running.
2. Click the following link to download a zip file containing the updated version of AMAddin.dll.
   Hotfix_SCR25240.zip
3. Replace the AMAddin.dll located in the Agenda Manager Add-in for Microsoft Word installation folder with the AMAddin.dll included in the zip file. By default, the Word add-in is installed at C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Agenda Manager AddIn.
4. Register the file.
   1. Click Start and then click Run.
   2. In the Run dialog box, type the following and then click OK to register AMAddin.dll:

      regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Agenda Manager AddIn\AMAddin.dll"
