Summary

When you send a Laserfiche document, you may receive the following error message:

Error # 32002 was generated by MAPIMessages Unspecified Failure has occurred.

Cause

The Mapi32.dll file may be damaged or incorrect.

Resolution

Use the Microsoft MAPI Repair Tool (Fixmapi.exe) to repair the Mapi32.dll file. By default, the repair tool is located in the C:\WINDOWS\System32 folder.

To run the MAPI Repair Tool

1. Using Windows Explorer, browse to C:\WINDOWS\System32.
2. Double-click Fixmapi.exe
