Summary

When you attempt to log in to WebLink, you may receive the following error message:

QueryInterface for interface LICENSEGENERATORLib._DLicenseGenerator failed"

Cause

The Laserfiche license control is not registered. This control enables WebLink to read the license file.

Resolution

Register the lflic.ocx license control.

To register lflic.ocx

1. Click Start and then click Run.
2. In the Run dialog box, type the following and click OK to register lflic.ocx:

   regsvr32 "C:\Program files\Common Files\Laserfiche\System\lflic.ocx"
