This article documents the known issues with Web Access 7.1.1.
Known Issues for Version 7.1
- 1000993 Internet Explorer May Become Unresponsive After Adding a Highlight or Stamp. (21232)
- 1000991 Pop-up Blockers Can Prevent Web Access From Properly Functioning. (15311)
- Web Access may display annotations in the wrong locations on certain documents. (23513)
- Web Access does not currently support displaying different colored highlights. (22697)
- When creating or importing a new document and selecting a template for the new document, default field values are not displayed in the dialog box. (22683)
- Exported briefcases will default to having a .zip extension instead of a .lfb extension. (22642)
- Web Access does not currently support the ability to print the records management file plan for a record series or record folder. (22621)
- The Full Path field on the Properties dialog box displays the path of the shortcut instead of the path of the destination document. (22350)
- Web Access Scanning may crash if you enter an invalid name for the newly scanned document. (22349)
- Refreshing your web browser returns you back to the root folder of the repository. (16718)
- You may be unable to use the mouse wheel to scroll vertically when there are a large number of entries. (16450, 16558)
- In the Laserfiche Web Products Administrator's Utility, when you remove a repository, all higher dbids are shifted down one accordingly. (13333)
- Any type of image file may be selected for use as a stamp. However, only monochrome bitmap image files (.bmp) can be used as stamps. All other images will generate an error when
attempting to stamp a page. (6873)
- The Folder Browser is not actively being refreshed. In other words, the user will need to successfully perform an action from within the Folder Browser, in order to see the most
current
information (i.e. current listing of folder contents or field data). (5639)
- Once an error code has been configured, the Web Products Administrator's Utility will only allow the administrator to modify the message associated with the error code. The error
code
itself cannot be modified. If you would like to reassign a message to a different error code, then you will need to copy the message from the original error code, create the new error
code, and then paste the description into it. If the old error code is no longer needed, then you may delete it. (7202)
