When you start the Laserfiche client, you may receive the following error message:

Ordinal 75 not found in mapi32.dll.

Laserfiche cannot locate the mapi32.dll system file in C:\WINDOWS\system32.

Copy mapi32.dll from a computer that has Microsoft Outlook installed to the affected computer. mapi32.dll should be placed in C:\WINDOWS\system32.

Certain applications may overwrite the existing copy of mapi32.dll with their own version of the dll. These custom versions of mapi32.dll may not be compatible with Laserfiche. For example, Eudora can be configured to automatically replace mapi32.dll with its own version of the dll each time it is started.
