Summary
Laserfiche Scanning may not successfully close when you try to exit. In this situation, you would have to manually end the LFSCAN.exe process from the Windows Task Manager.
Resolution
There is a hotfix available if you are using ScanConnect with Laserfiche Scanning 7.1.x or 7.2.x. The fix is an updated version of LFIsisEng.dll (version 6.1.66.1).
